The EPFM Administrative Team (AT) provides for planning and implementation of the ministries of EPFM. It shall also provide for the administration of its organization and temporal life. It shall envision, plan, implement, and annually evaluate the mission and ministry of the church. The AT is also amenable to and functions as the administrative agency of the charge conference. The Administrative Team is composed of the co-chairpersons of Administrative Council, representatives from our four Ministry Teams (Congregational Vitality, Leadership Excellence, Missional Engagement and Justice & Reconciliation) and the following committees and organizations: Staff Parish Relations, Trustees, Lay Leadership, Finance, Communications, United Methodist Men and United Methodist Women. The Church Treasurer, Lay Leader(s) and Lay Delegate to Annual Conference are also members of the Administrative Team. |
